It depends on which part you need. If you're needing a replacement of the cut to size foam side panel, too bad. I accidentally cut mine too short, and GE won't sell replacement panels. Their installation kit only includes things like weatherstripping, not everything you need for installation. I called them and was essentially told the only way to get another foam panel is to buy another unit. All I can find is cheap alternatives that aren't as good.
