• A:Answer It depends on which part you need. If you're needing a replacement of the cut to size foam side panel, too bad. I accidentally cut mine too short, and GE won't sell replacement panels. Their installation kit only includes things like weatherstripping, not everything you need for installation. I called them and was essentially told the only way to get another foam panel is to buy another unit. All I can find is cheap alternatives that aren't as good.

Q: QuestionAre all the ClearView profile models the same size (e.g. the 6,000 btus is the same size as the 12,000). That’s what the website shows but that doesn’t seem right. What are the lengths, widths, and heights for each BTU model?
