GE - 700 Sq. Ft. 14000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner - White

[Employee of bestbuy] This air conditioner works great! It cools my space quickly and keeps it consistently comfortable, even on really hot days. The smart features are super convenient — being able to control it right from my phone makes things so much easier. It’s also quieter than I expected for how powerful it is. Overall, it’s a solid unit that does exactly what it should. Definitely recommend it for anyone needing strong, reliable cooling for a larger room or apartment.

downside this AC is very loud! you have to blast the tv to hear your show & forget trying to have a phone conversation, you have to turn the unit off. I've been running the unit during the day while I'm gone to cool the house & I turn it off when I get home to have peace and quiet. Good part it is very cold & pushes out best on HIGH. Another positive is that this is 14,000btu & can be plugged into a regular grounded electrical wall outlet. I recommend this product for cooling but I do not recommend this product if you value your hearing & a quiet experience.

My ac in my house broke and I live in Houston which is a definite no. We bought this to help while we save up for a new ac but so far it cools my entire living room and other rooms. I have high ceilings and it still pumps away the coldest air. I love the app and the scheduling tools. It also doesn’t make my electricity bill go up. Also the ac is pretty quiet !!! No loud noises is a plus. Another thing I like that it doesn’t leak so much during the hot days

This air conditioner is really good it cools my living room and my kitchen area. I’m in full sign no shade at all and it’s keeping it cool in here. I would probably need two to keep my whole place cooled off. My mobile home is a 16 x 80 three bedroom two bath. I was having to run three air conditioners one 8000 btu one 6000 btu and one 5000. Now I can run this one and my 5000 btu and it’s comfortable in here. Before I bought this when it got up to 90° in my house. I would recommend this air conditioner to anyone who bought it. I plan on getting another one next spring from Best Buy. I looked around at other prices and this one was cheap cheaper than Lowe’s and it’s the same air conditioner. I also ordered the extended warranty on mine that way, just in case anything happens.

I was in need for An air conditioner after an HVAC zone failed and didn't want to break the bank for a whole new system due to outdated refrigerant. The his unit surpassed my expectations for size of unit per output for approximately a 1200 sq/ft level of home. My family is always complaining of how cold it is and how quickly it achieves cooler temps. They wear blankets when I'm home! It was a rather easily installation with average handy person skills. The auto function is great and works accurately. The remote included is an nice added feature. Not as noisy as the old units I've had in the past, and you can change fan soeeds with decent cooling when needed to hear the tv. Would recommend and buy again, which I will do if my other zone HVAC fails!

This my second one I bought of the same model. Really like the first one. I’m sure this one will be great as well.
