During the day it gets used so often it’s making ice constantly (in my house). At night I do notice it melts and recirculates. But there is always at least 2-3 cups of ice ready.

Please try again later.The ice bin has holes in the back to drip the melted water into the reservoir, I have noticed the 2.0 will not realize it is supposed to kick itself back on and refill, but the one with wifi, whether scheduled in the app or not, will restart when the ice is mostly melted.
