We recommend checking that the ice bin is pushed all the way in place and resetting the Ice Maker by unplugging the unit for 3 to 4 hours. If you are using a scale inhibiting filter, when it is past time to replace the filter, you may notice that your ice maker is no longer making ice. You may also notice the ADD WATER notification, even though you have water in the reservoir. If either of these things occurs, replace the scale inhibiting filter with a new filter. -- If the tips provided above do not resolve the issue, we suggest that you contact our Opal Support team for assistance.
