Can this be used outside under cover on our lanai? null

Yes , as long as there's an outlet to plug in to.

If it hotter than indoors, I’d say no. The ice tub isn’t insulated and does melt back into the machine indoors in the low 70s. The compressor may not be able to handle the extra heat either.
