Is it possible to hook this up to waterline. Is there an adapter or anything suggested ? Might look at putting it close to the fridge line. null

No it does not look like there's a way to hook it up to a water line. Although with the side tank we only have to fill up the water every couple days of fairly heavy use

I wouldn't.  The side tank is easy to fill and place in receiver.  It pumps out water from the tank, so adding any pressure other than gravity might cause issues.

You’ll need to refill the side tank manually; this model does not have an adapter to connect it to a water line.
