The next problem is that they are not carried in stock so you really can't see it in person
I was Pleased with Best Buy's help in selecting exactly what I wanted by showing me units on line that where made for under the cabinet, not above range. they Special Ordered the microwave and the necessary hardware that is sold separate and I had the Geek Squad install also. It was Hassle Free and no Headache. Everything was correct when it was received
There are some brands that say under cabinet but are made to fit above the range, They are not the same.
My Family is Pleased with it.

A:Answermine is installed in the cabinet above the microwave, a small hole was drilled so the cord would go through the cabinet and plug in to the outlet.

A:AnswerYes, the PEM31SFSS is the replacement, but it is slightly taller than the old GE spacemaker. This makes the trim kit no longer valid, you have to trim the kit smaller if you are ok with some wood working. The mounting kit is supposed to be WX4-A019, which in reality is almost the same as the old mounting kit. However, the new PEM31SFSS hole pattern is different on the right side (mounted farther in and close to the center).
