A:Answer Hi Maggie- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for viewing our GE Profile Series Microwaves! There are a variety of countertop microwaves available; however, only select models can be installed in a cabinet for a built-in look. To convert select GE countertop microwaves into a built-in microwave, a 27" or 30" wide trim kit will be needed. Microwave trim kits are designed to provide a built-in look while also providing air flow necessary to the microwave. A trim kit consists of the trim frame, as well as an upper, lower, and rear duct that attaches to and encases the microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. It is important to only use the trim kit designed for that model. For current built-in capable microwaves, visit: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-category/microwave-ovens?TYPE=Built-In - GE PROFILE™ SERIES 1.5 CU. FT. COUNTERTOP CONVECTION/MICROWAVE OVEN PEB9159DJBB is approximately 13" high x 21 3/4" wide x 20" deep. This countertop microwave oven is built-in capable with MICROWAVE OPTIONAL 30" BUILT-IN TRIM KIT JX9153DJBB or MICROWAVE OPTIONAL 27" BUILT-IN TRIM KIT JX9152DJBB. The only difference between the 27" and 30" trim kit is the trim frame. If the microwave is installed over a 27" or 30" wall oven, be sure to match the trim kit width to the oven.
