A:AnswerYes to both questions. There is a small lever that you pull, then lift up the tray. I have never had the ice fall out. Not sure I'm really answering your question though. The ice tray is in the refrigerator portion (top left door), so you don't don't open the freezer door to get to the ice tray. Maybe that was just on your Samsung.
A:AnswerI had the same problem. Just keep pressing the temp button and it will keep going up and then go back to the lowest setting. The control panel on "Profile" leaves much to be desired. My 9 year old GE Profile had a much better control panel. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerThe refrigerator door stops just before it closes, and you need to finish pushing it to close it completely. This is by design, to ensure the french doors are fully closed. They don't lend themselves as well to the auto-close, especially because of the mullion flap in the center. It requires minimal effort to close.
A:Answerhola, siento escuchar que tengas malos momentos, nosotros tuvimos problemas con 2 modelos de la misma marca, decidimos devolverlo y nos cambiamos de GE a LG, ya que no cumplió nuestras expectativas
A:AnswerThe door handle can be removed by loosening the set screws with an allen wrench. We encourage you to view the full instructions and images on page 29 of the manual which can be found on the product page. Reach out again if you need additional assistance!
A:AnswerI rarely use ice, so I had to test it. In the front, it gives you a choice of crushed or cubed. The cubes I get look more like rectangles. I don't know about the second question.
