QuestionAnticipate buying new refrig and like side-by-side. Older home, so interior doors are 30 inches or so. What is the depth of this model with doors removed?

If the refrigerator must go through any entrance that is less than 38" wide, the doors must be removed. The case depth without door is 28 1/2 in. QuestionIs there a plan to offer this model in slate in 2017? Willing to wait for it and need the 28.4 cu ft capacity vs the smaller units. Space will not accommodate larger unit than this one.
