How do you set the temperature at the level you want? null

You hit the bake button and enter the temperature in via the numeric buttons.

Hi - Yes, the oven temperature can be set to a desired temperature between 170F-550F using the number pads. Simply press Bake or Convection Bake, enter a temperature using number pads (3-5-0=350F), and then press Start.
