Hi SDMom- This is Sue at GE Appliances. The range features both traditional and convection bake cooking modes. The Convection Bake Multi Rack mode is intended for baking on multiple racks at the same time. The range also features Auto Recipe Conversion, so it is not necessary to convert the temperature when using this mode. The oven will automatically be set for 25 degrees less than the temperature entered. Baking time might be slightly longer for multiple racks than what would be expected for a single rack.
