Q: It says electric chord not included with this range. What type of chord do I need and where to buy?
A: Hi Cubi- Thanks for choosing our GE Profile™ Series PS920SFSS! GE Appliances does not package the power cord with the range since it is not possible to determine the type of facilities each consumer has available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire). We suggest to view the Installation Instructions at the following link: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-10769-4.pdf - Power Cords for ranges are available through dealers or can be purchased from GE Appliances Parts at 1-877-959-8688, Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8:30am–5pm ET or online at GEApplianceparts.com. See the following link for range power cord part numbers: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=23084 - Thanks for checking with us. Enjoy!

Q: does it have a buildt in fan?
A: Yes. It vents out the back of the top surface.
A: Hi SDMom- This is Sue at GE Appliances. The range features both traditional and convection bake cooking modes. The Convection Bake Multi Rack mode is intended for baking on multiple racks at the same time. The range also features Auto Recipe Conversion, so it is not necessary to convert the temperature when using this mode. The oven will automatically be set for 25 degrees less than the temperature entered. Baking time might be slightly longer for multiple racks than what would be expected for a single rack. Q: How do we turn on the bridge element? It is not in the manual.
A: We just bought this same range GE PB935YPFS on 11/2022 and are having the same issues as stated 7 years ago with the bridge element. The burners do not work properly if you have them set at the same temperature. At this point I would have thought this issue would have been resolved. Also disappointed. It also would be nice if the manual was updated with the instructions for using the bridge element.
