- Answer Hi Betty - The range has one Oven Light touch pad on the control panel that turns the oven light(s) on or off in both ovens. Keep pressing the Oven Light pad to toggle between ovens. Thanks for considering GE! Sue

QuestionCan the rack in the top oven fit in the bottom oven? If you have a turkey in the oven, I would like to pull it out, keep it on the rack, uncover and baste. It doesn't look like the bottom rack would be able to be pulled out and support the weight.

- Answer Hi ka103wi! Great question! We'd be happy to help out! Yes, the roller rack in the upper oven can be used in place of one of the other standard racks in the lower oven. A Never Scrub roller rack can be placed in the oven during the self-clean cycle and has been tested for weights to 50 lbs. We hope that this helps! Stay safe! -Michael@GEA

QuestionMost new glass cooktops allow canning with flat bottom pot. Does your GE model allow canning?

- Answer Hi there, RB - Great question! Canning is not harmful to cooktop surfaces when using flat bottom canners. When canning, use recipes and procedures from reputable sources. These are available from canning jar manufacturers and county extension offices. Do not use large diameter canners or other large diameter pots for frying or boiling foods other than water.
