“I recently purchased a GE advantium PSA9120SF over the range oven. I find the noise level too loud, every time it's in use. I can't talk on the phone because I can't hear a response when the oven is in use. Is this normal?”

Thanks for your help. It was an installation problem. Had it reinstalled properly. I can't believe how quiet the microwave is now!

The relay board is turning the components on and off. Fan sound changes while cooking is also normal. A qualified service technician is required for an accurate diagnosis.
