Yes, the PFQ83HSSWWW does have the option to run a Rinse and Spin cycle only. This option is available under the Rinse and Dry cycle. You'll need to deselect Dry after selecting the Rinse and Dry cycle, then you'll have an option to select: Rinse & Spin, or Drain & Spin.
