“Hi, the nozzle holes on the bottle jets are getting clogged. I know I can pull the clips off, but I cannot seem to be able to pull the top of the jet off, where the holes are, for cleaning. How do I clean and de-clog these tiny jet holes?”

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Excessive amounts of food may clog the dishwasher filters and reduce wash performance. If any jets within the wash arms or bottle jets are blocked, use a small object such as a paper clip or tweezers to loosen and remove the debris. Be careful not to damage the jets in any way as that will affect wash performance. All wash water passes through the Ultra Fine Filter and Fine Filter before going to the Bottle Jets. Any particles that can pass through these filters can easily flow through the Bottle Jets, this should keep them free of any build-up. Make sure you are periodically cleaning the filters as described on Page 21 of your Owner's Manual. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA
