A:Answer Hi there, and thanks for communicating this situation to us. We hate to hear you’ve had an issue with the H2O code, even after replacing and cleaning parts; we know this must be frustrating, and regret any inconvenience caused. The H2O code is meant to warn you of a low water situation. As you have already replaced the undersink valve and connection hose, those may not be the issue, but you may want to double check that the inlet water hose/any water connection doesn’t have any kinks. If the H2O code appears specifically during the 1-Hour Wash, it’s possible a software update may be needed. If that’s the case, please call our Service Department at 1-800-432-2737. Disconnecting the dishwasher from power for a couple minutes before reconnecting may also help; this resets the electrical components and can often clear the error if the issue has been resolved. We hope one of these tips helps, but if you are unable to resolve this you may want to arrange service with that provided number; a technician would be glad to examine the dishwasher. If you have any other concerns or questions, we are always happy to offer further assistance, here or over social media. All the best! -Sarah@GEA
