“Hi - our GE microwave, Model PEM31SF3SS, was installed with the GE under cabinet mounting kit. We just a replacement, Model PCHK11S1WSS, and tried to use our existing mounting kit, but the holes on the right do not line up. Is this a defect with the oven?”

• The JXA019K is the correct hanging kit for the PCHK11S1WWW. However, the old JXA019K used with the PEM31SF3SS does not work with the PCHK11S1WWW because it doesn't align. The JXA019K has been updated with a new hole alignment to correspond with the alignment on the PCHK11S1WWW. In order to hang the PCHK11S1WWW, you'll need to purchase a new JXA019K. -Don@GEAppliances
