It uses one plug, I think it comes in both 110 and 240, if you do the 240 be sure to get the configuration of the plug as there are several available

Model GUD24ESSJWW should be connected to an individual, properly-grounded branch circuit with 120/240V or 120/208V single-phase 60 Hz electrical service and should be protected by 30-amp time-delay fuses or circuit breakers. Unitized washer dryer units only have one power cord. There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer.
