Hi Dean- Thanks for choosing GE! Unitized washer dryer units only have one power cord. There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer. Electric models should be connected to a dedicated 240V or 208V, 30-amp time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. The power cord should be purchased separately. You can view the Installation Instructions at the following link: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-16728.pdf - Enjoy! SUEatGEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The truck drivers that deliver it have 2 different plugs. Good thing you have an electrician installing, the drivers installed it incorrectly at my location. Would NEVER buy an appliance from Best Buy again. They reluctantly sent out one of there subcontractors Rick Sutton to correct the problem and they juried rigged it. Like I said good thing you have your own electrician.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need a 220 outlet installed for this. The electrician should know what that looks like if you tell him/her that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our hook up was a three prong for a 220. When the delivery guys came they had both a three prong and a four prong plug ready to go for whichever we needed.
