“Hello, I purchased the GUD24ES and have tracked the cycle times on Colors-Med and Whites-Light. In both cases, the “rinse” cycle lasted only 1-3 minutes and just sprayed water while spinning (very loudly!); it was not a tub rinse. Is this normal?”
