QuestionWhat kind of condition is refurbished considered? Are there any scratches or defects?

- Answer As far as I know, refurbished means that some of the hardware is compromised and not working properly so it is replaced with a new one. Same function and NO scratches. I have a refurbished MacBook Pro I purchased 5 years ago and still working fast. It is actually your advantage to get one because it is priced cheaper than a brand new counterpart. The other term is “reconditioned”.
