Yes it has a mic. You can talk with them, the music stop automatically.

Yes you can receive calls and music stops just like AirPods do. However the Transparency mode is not that great. Very often I have to remove the earbuds when talking with someone… with the AirPods Pro you don’t need to do that. But taking the price difference I would say that it’s a good value for money.
