• No it’s not the 3 but other then battery life sounds same. And I’d buy any refurbished over new with 2 year bestbuy warranty because now apple owns it you can’t take it anywhere but apple after you buy a new one even 1 hour owned and if it was broke you can’t take a new one back to the store have to send it to apple.
