Yes - includes an anchor and a screw for your wall.

Yes. It has a key slot on the bottom that allows you to put a screw in the wall and hand the device from the screw. If I am not mistaken, it actually has a screw and anchor in the box (you may want to check the description of what ships in the box). See picture below. Keep in mind this has to be plugged in, so you’ll want to mount it close to an electrical outlet.
