If you plug a powerstrip into a Geeni Smartplug and use Alexa to turn Smartplug on everything plugged into the powerstrip may turn on at the same time. I believe to isolate each item you want turned on individually will require it's own smartplug.

We have another in the house which powers a strip with a vanity light, curling iron, hair dryer, etc. Same concept that when you kill power it shuts it all off.
