• Yes it does blow out cool clean air; HOWEVER in the heat of summer - 88/100plus degrees - it won't feel be cool enough. It is very refreshing and clean air.

• Barely. I will say do not waste your money this doesn’t work at all. I’m disappointed that I could not return it because they’re return policy is only 15 days.
