- Answer I had to log into the BestBuy app and retrieve my code through purchase history. The code is ment to be entered into the Nvidia App.

QuestionI just purchased lenovo legion and i can't redeem resident evil requiem. it says that "my hardware does not meet the requirements for this campaign. A request can only be submitted when an eligible graphics card is installed."

- Answer Hey so check on your account and recent orders there should be a long code underneath the resident evil requiem free perk. You will then go to your Nvidia app and redeem that long code there. I’m going to attach a picture of the instructions to redeem it on Nvidia’s app. Hope this was able to help you.

- Answer For me I received a pretty blank email with no code that said “enjoy your recent shopping perk” I had to sign into the best buy app, and then I was able to see the code under recent orders
