Seeing as how the 17 inch version doesn't have a mux switch from a review I saw on Youtube, I doubt the 15 inch version has one either. It does have something called Microsoft Azure AI which supposedly learns and dedicates power as needed to the GPU and CPU. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it doesn't but for 1440p it seems not to matter as much. Saying that I am a software developer and don't play a ton of games on it. The ones I do play like Unreal Tournament play as good if not slightly better than my desktop with a NVIDIA 2070 card. However, I don't game on battery or with the built in display which I have brought down to 60hz to preserve battery life. I only game on an external monitor.
