Q: QuestionI have this laptop and I am hoping this is a driver issue but I am experiencing very poor wired lan performance. Are others experiencing poor lan performance and is this normal for this lapto?

• A:Answer I figured out a resolution for this I had to remove the Dragon software that you can install on the laptop and now my wired LAN speeds are the same as all other machines I have if not slightly faster. I think Gigabyte needs to look into this. I also suspect that this may have negatively impacted my battery life which I am trying to improve now.

• A:Answer Seeing as how the 17 inch version doesn't have a mux switch from a review I saw on Youtube, I doubt the 15 inch version has one either. It does have something called Microsoft Azure AI which supposedly learns and dedicates power as needed to the GPU and CPU. Hope this helps!
