• Supports up to 64gb RAM. You need a torx set to open the bottom panel, but everything is upfront and center. Too easy.

• Yes the laptop has 2 RAM slots on the laptop. it can support up to 2 x 32gb DDR4 ram for a total of 64gb. Hope this helps!
