The short answer is "Yes" as your PNY runs at the same speed (3200MHz) as the one installed by factory, however you should note that this it is typically considered best to install two RAM sticks of the same model/brand in order to maximize their performance. In the end, however, installing a separate DDR4 of differing brand will not essentially harm your computer, but you may have a better experience if you install two PNY's as opposed to only one.
