you need to perform a factory reset via advanced options recovery mode please power on and off the laptop rapidly if done correctly after so many times of doing this it will boot to a screen that says preparing automatic repair and run through a repair test to fix boot issues it may or may not fail if it does fail click the more options button on the blue screen this will take you to the windows recovery environment from here click advanced options and then reset this pc hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Windows update takes a long while and almost seems to freeze- just let it run- it will fix itself. Make sure its set so not to turn off- you do that in the power section- plug into the wall- set it to never turn off. You can change it later and or it will auto off etc. if/when on battery.
