• Hi Anonymous, Yes all RTX 3060 models are LHR regardless of model. This will not have a negative effect on gaming performance. Hope this helps! - John

• Yes it's an LHR card. Gigabyte has a non LHR version of the card but I don't know if they sell them or not.
