• Any kind. Power supply depends on the cpu gpu combo you plan on using as the motherboard takes very little power to run

• The motherboard doesn't have a required PSU wattage. The PSU you need to power you PC is more dependent on what CPU & GPU you pick. Example: Going for a AMD 5600X CPU and a Mid range Nvidia (3070), AMD (6700xt) would require 650watts minimum. Hope this helps!
