“If the bike gets a flat can I bring it to the store for service”

• It cannot get a flat the wheels aren’t air wheels

• Yes, the owners manual(which is available in the description of the bike) says it has pneumatic tires.. I don't know if Best Buy offers the service or not....

• Yes it can. I had it for less then a month and it got a flat. The wheels are not all rubber. They do have air in them. And the pump they send with the bike doesn’t fit. It is a pointless accessory.
