Hi John, Good question. The stand is designed specifically for corners, so that back corners are not at a 90 degree angle and would not sit flush against the wall. However, the back panel of the stand is flat, so you could place it against the wall no problem, as long as it doesn't bother you to have angled corners. The height of the stand is 32".
