Pretty much nothing else. The board comes with the attached USB cable. The RGB is already on the PCB, and the top plate and stabilizers are already installed. It likely comes with a key cap puller and a switch puller, for swapping out switches and caps. Just a heads up, too. The Glorious switches are a 5 pin design, so the Lynx/Fox/Pandas they sell aren't compatible unless you snip the two posts off. The Kailh switches are fine, as are any 3-pin gasket mounted switch.
