“I bought a pair of the Go Prime a few weeks back and generally like them. However, one of them reproduces a tone differently than the other. When I whistle or hear a note played it warbles between ears as if two notes are played. Is that normal?”

• I called and he said it was not a common problem and there was nothing he could do about it.
