  • QuestionI am needing a device to power bi-pap/c-pap machines (2) during power outages. I can't tell if this would do that for 8 hours ... What info do I need from the machines so I can figure that out?

    • Answer Hello, Thank you for your question. You will want to figure out the total watt draw on each c-pap. This can usually be found on the c-pap machine or in the user guide. Typically, c-pap machines draw about 30-60 watts continuously. If you are using a humidifier with the c-pap it will probably pull about 50-60 watts. To figure out the run time with a power station you divide the watt hours of the power station by the watt draw of the c-paps. The watt hours of the battery are listed in the name. The Yeti 300 is rated at 300 watt hours. If you plug in a c-pap that pulls 60 watts into a fully charged Yeti 300 it will last about 5 hours. 300/60=5 hours of run time If you do have more questions on what power station is best for you please give our support team a call.
