- Answer I used this sim card internationally ( calls to usa from europe) with no problem. I do believe international rates apply, but no roaming charges

- Answer You can call Verizon and inquire about global roaming. If they allow it, it is ~$10/day so not very affordable. If your phone is not carrier locked to Verizon, you can get a SIM card in Japan and buy temporary service which will be much cheaper than Verizon roaming.

- Answer iPhone X is unlocked and you should have no problem swapping out to a Google Fi SIM. Google Fi will likely work in Russia, but you’ll end up with far better coverage while in Russia if you buy local SIM and service when you arrive there. You’ll need to show your passport to start service, but most every country other than US has fast and cheap service available.

- Answer Hi, the card will work in Israel. You will need a billing address in the USA, with that address the area code will be assigned. The activation can be done with Wi-fi but you'll be charged for each minute of incoming/outcoming calls using cellular network at $0.20 additional to the $20 flat rate for calling/texting. If you have a Fi designed phone with Wi-fi calling enabled, you'll be charged just for outcoming calls. The texts are free, so maybe it will work good for you.

- Answer If you down load go into your settings and go through and fix it then try Google play store if it doesn't work then delete google fi And redet your phone when it's come ogo though your settings and then restart your phone make sure Google it works if it doesn't get ahold of google help

- Answer I and my wife have iPhone 8 plus phones and the GoogleFi is the best carrier that we have had...Period! We had AT&T for a long time and even with the discount from work it was quite expensive. Then we changed over to Verizon hoping to improve our coverage at home, which it did, but we had really lousy coverage everywhere else. Verizon was as expensive as AT&T. We were going to change over to Consumer cellular because it was carried by AT&T but was cheaper. When we went to Best Buy we were told about GoogleFi and decided to give it a try and we're very glad we did. We signed up for 6GB of data but will only be charged for what we use on a two phone plan. Our first bill was under $40.00 and the coverage is seamless. We live in a rural area and I have only found a few spots where I didn't have coverage. As I said, it is the best plan, coverage and price that I know of. I just hope someone doesn't screw it up.

- Answer You need to buy the Sim card at best buy. Google fi gives you a $10 credit on your first bill. If you buy your phone from Google fi everything is ready to go. Unrelated to your question but absolutely worth mentioning... Make sure to keep an eye out for unusual data usage. This is problematic and can be costly if you are using this plan because you use very little data like me. According to Google fi I've used more data in 19 days than I've used in the past 6 months with T-Mobile... They aren't quick to help me figure out how or why this is happening...
