I turned my night vision off due to the reflection at night. It also helped budding the camera right up on the glass to reduce the glare. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue. I double blinded the window and raise the blind about 6 inches. Also, angle your camera a little. Won't be able to get away from the lit circle. If an outside light is on, view is clear as a bell. Mine kicks in and records when motion sensor porch light is triggered. It caught someone outside at 4:30 AM one morning.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried many different things. The problem is not just eliminating any and all reflection on the glass. The main problem is the infrared lights from the camera reflect on the window and it is impossible to see any images outside. If anyone wants to use the indoor camera to view the outdoors through a window at night and use the night vision instead of having to turn on outside lights, it is necessary to get the outdoor camera and mount it outside. It has been a lot more work to get the outdoor camera mounted outside in a high enough area where the camera will not be stolen, but it was well worth it. The night image is very clear. The only challenge with the outdoor camera has been getting the wifi signal to the camera. It is farther from the modem and has additional walls for the signal to travel through.
