No, it only works in the Google Home app. I also use the Nest app and can’t get the new camera integrated. So unfortunate!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO! The camera is misrepresented as a NEST cam. It is a Google Cam, and only works through the Google Home app. there is no way to add it to your NEST app.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, quite a shame. Google would prefer you to pay monthly for each camera until you spend ample time getting them to stop the subscription. Either pay or throw camera away cause there is no way to store the video. (my experience)
