- Answer They are fixed position, but when movement is noticed, it sort of zooms in on the movement and follows it a little. Not a whole lot, but a little.

- Answer No this wont work well. The rotation isnt great and you will get glare reflection off the window obscuring your view depending on the time of day.

- Answer No. To be honest, the video doesn't always work on your phone or computer. Nest servers are terrible.

- Answer I wouldn't use it outdoors because of the cord. There is an outdoor IQ version which is really good and meant to be outdoors. It would help if you put it under the eve to protect it from rain.
