Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As I understand the useful life of these detectors is 10 years. I don't think Nest will change the part of the team that won, their business is what you consume. I also had an experience with one of mine, I say that it should be replaced. I contacted Nest and after following the agent's instructions everything improved. A few days later the problem came back and I called them again and they immediately sent me a replacement. Nest's warranty is two years on that equipment.
