That is just crazy. When you're at home asleep, the alarm should immediately sound without a "Heads Up" countdown. You can't hear the countdown warning across your house. It is this feature which is the sole reason I am not buying this system. Hopefully this will soon be fixed with a software upgrade.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a battery in nest guard. Note if you want to manage this you need a WiFi broadband connection. Otherwise you will not get notified that there is a break in. It does not work with a landline unless it's connected 100% of the time
