A:Answer I sold my Nexus 9 and went with a Surface Pro 3, but I can tell you that the Nexus 9 is easily the fastest Android tablet you can buy currently. I'm sure you would be satisfied with its video streaming. That said, Android doesn't include Flash support in the Chrome browser. There are Android browsers that work with Flash content, but I have not tried them myself.
A quick rundown of the top tablets: Nexus 9 is very nice, fast and flexible. If you can spend more, the Surface Pro 3 is as fast and powerful as a full computer so it can stream anything, do anything a desktop can. iPad Air 2 is very fast, but has Apple imposed limitations.
