“I called best buy & asked if this is unlocked. they said its locked with verizon. I don't think it comes with just a sim card which we can be changed. Do you have any prior experience with this situation? Let me know.”

• they are incorrect. Verizon does not lock 4g phones. FcC will not allow it.

• Phones are locked domestically wise. So u can’t go from like Verizon to T-Mobile (some I think are compatible) and internationally it’s fine. That’s what I’ve heard.
